Red Rock High School in Sedona, Arizona consisted of multiple additions to an existing high school, which established the architectural language of the new wings. My role on this project was as Project Manager assigned to the practice gymnasium addition and to assist a younger non-licensed PM who was assigned to the two classroom additions. The Architect of Record was Orcutt Windslow (now Grace Design Studios). The delivery method was CM@Risk with McCarthy Builders. Images are from the school’s website (additions are the lighter colored green roofs in the image above), David Schmidt, and owp.com.
