Circle Cross Elementary School was a new 114,000 SF two-story type VB construction built on virgin land in Queen Creek, Arizona for the Florence Unified School District. The Architect of Record was Orcutt Windslow (now Grace Design Studios). The delivery method was CM@Risk with McCarthy Builders and my role was Project Manager for the Construction Administration phase. Images are from Homes.com.
