Samuel Fels Senior High School was a new 250,000 SF two-story replacement building for the School District of Philadelphia. The Architect of Record was L. Robert Kimball & Associates (now defunct) with my early career role being tasked with developing construction details for a building that was required to meet a minimum 100-year lifespan.
