Mabel Padgett Elementary School was a new build 84,000 SF single story type VB facility built in Goodyear, Arizona for the Litchfield Unified School District. The Architect of Record was Orcutt Windslow (now Grace Design Studios). The delivery method was CM@Risk, with my role being the development of the initial layout and configuration of the campus.
