Papago Elementary School was a replacement new build two-story type VB facility built in Phoenix, Arizona for the Creighton Unified School District. The Architect of Record was Orcutt Windslow (now Grace Design Studios). The delivery method was CM@Risk, with my role being to assist with early-stage development of design/construction feasibility.
