Please note that all sales are final within 48-hours of placing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the property address and APN number that will be displayed on the plans. If the proposed property is in California, then a written agreement in compliance with the California Architects Practice Act is required to be fully executed between the owner and the architect prior to starting work on drawings. For my custom home clients, I use the AIA B110-2021, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Custom Residential Project and for my predesigned stock house plan clients, I use the AIA Document B105-2017, Standard Short Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect.
