Verrado Elementary School K8 was an 80,000 SF new build single story type VB facility built in Buckeye, Arizona for the Litchfield Unified School District. The Architect of Record was Orcutt Windslow (now Grace Design Studios), the General Contractor was D.L. Withers, and the Structural Engineering firm was CTS. The mechanical, electrical & plumbing engineering was completed by a firm that is now IMEG Engineering. The delivery method was CM@Risk, with my role being Project Manager & Architect responsible for CA of Phase II (classroom building on the far right of the above photo) and DD, CD, and CA for Phase III, which consisted of the administration & gymnasium (far left of photo), media/library building (center of photo), cafeteria, service yard, and maintenance building (not shown in above photo).
