The new Southeast San Francisco Wastewater Treatment Plant was a key component of a 40-year $939,000,000 infrastructure improvement program. The engineers of record are Jacobs and Black & Veatch, with my involvement being as a technical architect to their consultant architect where I provided inhouse constructability & QA reviews as well as architectural detailing.
