Meadowbrook Point Clubhouse & Spa was early in my career, where I was tasked with developing the Construction Documents needed for permitting and bidding. The traditional styling drove the design for this massive clubhouse, which houses the community’s health club & spa, natatorium, administration offices, theater, food services, bar, game rooms, business center, and club amenities.
