Located in Phoenix, Arizona, this new medical office building (MOB) was a project where I worked as an in-house architect for an undisclosed developer whose specialty was MOBs and tenant improvements (TI) servicing the dialysis facilities market. My role was as AoR during construction administration of the above MOB as well as that of AoR for multiple dialysis TIs.
