An Advocate for the Traditional Design-Bid-Build Delivery Method and Strategic Partnering:
Rather than working for general contractors under a design-build contract, which has largely replaced the traditional design-bid-build delivery method, and I feel creates a conflict of interest, I instead work directly for developers, owners, and end users as an owner's architect. Please note that for commercial projects over 30,000 SF and mission critical infrastructure/data centers, I partner with CAS Architects, Inc. My structural engineer of choice is Middleton Structural & Design, my mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering firm of choice is Engineering Consultants Company - IMEG | Design Engineers, and my recommended civil engineer is CIVIL ENGINEERING – Nazareth Civil.

Hello and welcome to my website. I am a sole proprietor architect specializing in mission critical infrastructure/data centers, where I work directly for the Owner under the AIA Document B101-2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect and facilitate the AIA Document A101-2017 Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor. Other aspects of my practice include seeking an end to the affordable housing crisis, eliminating the built environment’s impact on the natural environment, disaster relief design & response, high-rise facade inspections, and advocating for a return to the tradition design-bid-build delivery method.
I was born and raised in Chester Country, Pennsylvania, hold a five-year professional B-Arch from Temple University, where I started working in the A/E/C profession in 1998 at Temple’s Office of Planning & Design, and currently live and work in San Francisco, California.
